Q: Is there a notice period and can I cancel my subscription payment at any time?
A: Yes you can. You are in total control of your subscription payment at all times. All you have to do to cancel your SBITUBE subscription payment is go to your Paypal account and cancel it. There is no notice period, and you can cancel any time you like. PLEASE NOTE: All videos and audio uploaded to SBITUBE will be deleted when you cancel your subscription payment.
Q: I'm coming to the end of my 30 day trial period and I want to continue using SBITUBE's services. Do I have to create a new SBITUBE user name or start a new subscription payment?
A: No you don't. Your chosen membership subscription payment will be automatically taken from your Paypal account every month until you decide to cancel it. You can continue to upload videos and audio files as before using the same SBITUBE user account.
Q: I have decided that I don't want to add videos or audio to my site, and won't need the services SBITUBE provides. How do I cancel my subscription payment?
A: All you have to do is go to your Paypal account and cancel your SBITUBE subscription payment. Paypal will send you a confirmation email telling you it has been cancelled. If you are still within your 30 day free trial when you cancel your SBITUBE subscription order, you will NOT be charged any fees. *PLEASE NOTE* It is the members responsibility to cancel their SBITUBE subscription payment at Paypal if they no longer wish to use our service. Q: Can I upload, host and embed 20 videos AND 20 audio files with the Silver membership plan?
A: No. The number shown next to each membership plan is the total number of videos and/or audio files you can upload. With the Silver Membership Plan (20) for example, you could upload 20 videos and no audio files, or 12 videos and 8 audio files. You can upload any number of videos and audio files as long as their combined total does not exceed your membership plan limit.
Q: I'm currently on a SBITUBE membership plan, but want to upgrade to another membership plan. What do I need to do?
A: Please contact us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link at the top or bottom of this page, stating your SBITUBE user name, and which membership plan you want to upgrade to. We will send you a link to start a new subscription payment. Once it is activated, we will cancel your old subscription payment.
Q: Do I have to make a membership payment to Paypal manually every month?
A: No. Your Paypal account will automatically be charged the monthly membership fee of your chosen plan every month. You do not need to do anything else.

A: If you have created the video yourself and uploaded it to YouTube, then that is fine. If you use a video from YouTube that has an 'embed' code next to it, then that should be OK as well, as the video owner has given his or her permission for the video to be embedded on other websites.
However, if the YouTube video you want to use is from a TV show, movie, music video etc., then it may be subject to International Copyright Law and you should always contact the YouTube member first to confirm they have permission from the copyright holder to display it. Q: What's the difference between a 'Public' and 'Private' video?
A: A 'Public' video is displayed on the home page and in the members profile page. A 'Private' video is not. You can still embed and link to a 'Private' video as normal, as well as access and edit the video in the 'My Videos' section. To check your video is 'Private', it will not appear in the SBITUBE home page 'Latest Members Videos' section.
